Refunds are internal BDcoin
Order refunds return BDcoin to your account for future services. Check amounts and status in order history. A credit refund is not a cash withdrawal.
No cash withdrawal; drops are not non-delivery
Added BDcoin cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred back to a bank. Drops after delivery depend on guarantee eligibility, not automatic refunds. Non-guaranteed or No Refill services do not allow compensation or claims for drops.
