Refund & Credit Policy

Clear procedures regarding transaction refunds and wallet credit adjustments.

1. Credit Wallet Refund

Unused order amounts from canceled or partial orders are automatically refunded to your Boostdee wallet credit balance immediately for future use.

2. External Refund Exceptions

Completed topups to your Boostdee wallet are non-refundable to external bank accounts, except in cases of catastrophic system failures caused by our end.

3. User Link Error Exceptions

Orders failing due to incorrect links or private account settings will attempt automatic cancellation where possible. Delivered portions cannot be refunded.
