Refill & Cancellation Guidelines
Understand our warranty coverage, refill request procedures, and cancellation rules.
1. Refill Guarantee Policy
• Refill refers to topup replenishment when a count decrease occurs within the stated warranty period (e.g. 30 days warranty).
• Refill requests trigger when current count drops below the initial order target threshold.
• Changing your profile username or URL during warranty forfeits refill eligibility immediately.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders pending in queue with cancel functionality can be canceled directly on your dashboard.
• Completed orders or active orders in un-cancelable processing cannot be stopped midway.
• For partial orders, charges apply only to delivered items; remaining credits refund to your wallet.
