Refill eligibility for dropped counts, coverage periods and order cancellation conditions.
Requesting a refill
Check the service code, order, current count and coverage period before using supported order-history or support channels. A request does not guarantee approval or a fixed completion time. Non-guaranteed, expired or No Refill services do not support drop claims. The current system counts coverage from order creation. The original order must be Completed and support refills. At most one refill request is available per original order; refill orders cannot be refilled again.
Cancellation and partial delivery
Cancellation is available only where the status and service support it. Delivered work may not be cancellable. Wait for confirmation before ordering again. Confirmed cancellations or partial orders return credits for undelivered quantities as BDcoin according to the order result.
